What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 1:00 PM (13:00), and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please let us know your time of arrival in advance; this is essential for us to welcome you and grant you access to the apartment.

What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights, and there is no maximum.
How do I pay?
Via bank transfer before arrival. We will send you the payment instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
Are children allowed?
No. The apartment is adults-only (guests must be 18 or older) and does not provide baby cots or extra beds.
Where can I park?
Free street parking is available in front of the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations possible). Alternatively, secure paid parking is available at the Interparking underground garage, located approximately 50 meters from the apartment entrance. Full details at interparking.ro.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes, airport transfers can be arranged to and from the airport for an additional fee. Henri Coandă Airport (OTP) is 15 km away, and Băneasa Airport (BBU) is 7 km away.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Are parties permitted?
No. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM (22:00) and 8:00 AM in compliance with the condominium regulations.
