What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 13:00, check-out by 11:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance: that is the only way we can be there to let you into the apartment.
What do I need at check-in?
A photo ID (identity card or passport).
What is the minimum and maximum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights, and there is no maximum.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, before arrival. We send you the details once we confirm your booking.
Can I bring children?
No. The apartment is for adults only, aged over 18, and has no cots or extra beds.
Where can I park?
Free on the street in front of the entrance, subject to availability, no booking needed. Or in the secure Interparking underground car park, about 50 m from the apartment entrance, for a fee. Details at interparking.ro.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes, a transfer to and from the airport can be arranged for an extra charge. Henri Coandă Airport is 15 km away, Băneasa 7 km.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the apartment.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 22:00 to 08:00 (under the building's rules).
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is issued on request, as soon as you have paid and provided all the billing details.
